Expand youth, STEM, technology, sports, mentoring and career-exploration opportunities.
Bring advanced manufacturing, aerospace, energy, technology, AI, robotics and skilled-trade opportunities to Adelanto.
Build stronger pathways connecting education, training and career.
Coordinate housing with roads, parks, schools, shopping, utilities and public safety.
Pursue greater access to health, behavioral health, workforce, veterans, senior and family services.

Investing in Our People
Roads build cities. Opportunity builds communities.
We have invested in Adelanto’s physical infrastructure. Now we must continue investing in our people. That means pursuing:
Prepare residents for careers in construction, electrical work, manufacturing, welding, logistics, heavy equipment, water, wastewater, renewable energy and technology.
Expand tutoring, sports, mentoring, STEM, recreation, technology and career exploration.
Help residents access high-speed internet, computers, digital literacy, AI education, job-search assistance and small-business resources.
Work with our partners to expand access to primary care, dental services, mental and behavioral health, family services, maternal health and telehealth.
Bring more County, State and partner resources directly into Adelanto.
First, we built the foundation.
Now, we invest in our people.
