Gabriel Reyes · Mayor of AdelantoAdelanto - We Matter

36 days until Election Day

02Standing Up for Our CityAdelanto - We Matter

Adelanto has opportunity. We have land. We have projects. We have private investment. We have the potential for thousands of jobs.

But some of the biggest decisions affecting our future are controlled outside our City.

Three major barriers require action:

01

Electrical Capacity

Southern California Edison & CPUC

Millions of square feet of potential development cannot become jobs without sufficient electricity.

02

Highway 395 & the 1985 MOU

Caltrans District 8

An agreement created more than four decades ago should not determine Adelanto’s economic future without being reexamined. Highway 395 must remain safe while also serving as an economic-development corridor.

03

Western Joshua Tree Regulations

California Department of Fish & Wildlife

We can protect our environment while creating a more predictable path for responsible housing and economic development.

Our message to every regional and state partner is simple:

Economic development requires power.

Adelanto deserves a seat at the table.

Adelanto - We Matter.

The goal is to make Adelanto better.
